Reset stereotypes
I’ve felt for some time that Black male stereotypes, both from outside black culture and from within, were in need of resetting. The original idea of how to do that was simple.
Initiate Change - with a T-shirt
Not just any T-shirt though, a limited edition tee shirt. This is the first design, based on my personal love of higher education. Despite its challenges, higher ed is one area where all can compete equally, I don’t know if its valued enough in the black community. Back in the day I was more likely to be asked if I played ball rather than if I was going to college.
And a website, and a community?
